How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Applications for accommodation are made via Birmingham City Council’s Gateway (for over 21’s) on 0121 675 4249 and via and St Basils Youthline (for under 21’s) on 0300 30 30 099.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 3 months
  • Maximum stay: 2 years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

6 full time staff based on-site, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (approx 10 residents per worker), with at least weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed fortnightly. Staff provide support and advice on benefits, housing, employment and training.

£17.86pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.
