Who do we help?

Young homeless people aged 16 plus. Can include parent and child. No local connection required. Other sites available for over 18's.

Who we cannot help

People with a history of arson or sex offences.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Magdalene Court, Northfield – 5 full time Scheme Officer/senior/manager on site between 8am and 8pm, night concierge covers from 8pm to 8am. Keywork system with weekly/fortnightly meetings. Staff provide support around employment, education, volunteering and training. Central Birmingham – Aston sites – 4 full time Scheme Officer/senior/manager on site between 8am and 8pm, night concierge covers from 8pm to 8am. Keywork system with weekly/fortnightly meetings.

House rules and tenure

All residents must be engaged in education, training or employment. Smoking allowed in own room only. Written house rules. Licences and Assured shorthold tenancies.

Visitors

Can stay overnight, 2-3 nights in supported accommodation not long term. No restriction in Independent move on accommodation.
