How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency, need to be referred via Housing Options at Bedford Borough.
Single Assessment Framework (SAF) application form. Need proof of ID and benefits.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time and 1 part time staff. Keywork system, weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least quarterly. Staff provide advice and support around basic living and social skills, access to employment and training, and attending appointments. Signposting to specialist services.

£8.82pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend at least 1 in 3 residents' meetings. No alcohol allowed on premises. Smoking is not allowed. Licence agreement.
10am-11pm, maximum of two guests per resident at any one time. 2 overnight guests by arrangement.
Train station: 8 minutes walk. Bus station: 10 minutes walk.
