Single homeless people with support needs. No local connection required.

People with a history of violence, arson or sex offences.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via Youthline for 18-25 year olds and Midland Heart - Homeless Services Centre for over 25s.
Phone Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is responsible for assessing the support needs of young people aged 16-25 in Birmingham and for arranging appropriate levels of support. For over 25s Call in at Midland Heart's Homeless Services Centre, 44 Bradford Street, Birmingham, B5 6HX, Mon-Weds, Fri 10am-6pm, Thurs 10am-2pm or phone 0345 602 0540, daily 24 hours.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
YMCA staff manage the housing functions (eg rent collection, etc) on a day to day basis. Support for residents is provided by Trident Reach on a floating support basis and will vary according to individual needs.

- Disabled facilities: 2 rooms are fully accessible to wheelchair users. Grab rails, adapted toilet, bath and shower, low level kitchen appliances.

Written house rules. Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Between 9.30am-11pm. No overnight guests.
