Who do we help?
Single homeless people with low to medium support needs. All applicants must have a local connection to the City of Westminster.
Who we cannot help
People unable to cope with the level of support offered by the project. People who have used alcohol/drugs in last 3 months.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm for information. Application form. Interview. Require as much information on applicant as possible eg relevant reports, housing history etc.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time staff on-site Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system, with regular meetings. Staff provide support around independent living skills, benefits, medical and social issues.

£7pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Must leave by 11pm. No overnight guests.
Warwick Avenue tube - 5 minutes walk. Buses 6, 46, 187.
