Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Local connection required to be re housed.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. May not accept people who are considered to pose too high a risk to other residents.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and accept referrals from any agency.
Can call or visit at any time. Wisbech staff can refer on to another agency if needed.Require proof of ID. May contact other agencies that work with applicant for background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time and 1 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system (5-6 residents per keyworker), with monthly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Provide advice and support around independent living skills, employment and training. Resident buddy scheme.

£7.72pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Must engage with support offered and attend residents' meetings. Licence agreement.
Between 4pm-11pm Mon-Fri, 12 noon-11pm Sat-Sun. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Bus station - 5 minutes walk.
