Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, especially those with drug and alcohol issues. Prioritise applicants with a local connection to the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of arson, sex offences, Schedule 1 offences and violence are usually excluded.

How to get a referral
All referrals/self referrals must come via Wirral Mainstay.
Agency completes referral form. Assessment interview when a vacancy becomes available.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: None
- Maximum stay: 15 months
Support and accommodation
Staff available Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat & Sun 10am-6pm, out of hours emergency on-call. key worker system. Provide support around daily living skills, budgeting, community participation and engaging with alcohol/drug treatment. General emotional support and counselling.

Charge to residents on benefits varies according to benefit.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room and lounge only. Licence agreement.
Until 7pm. No overnight guests.
Bus: 411, 2 minutes walk. Train station - 15 minutes walk.
