Support and accommodation
Support offered
2 day time support staff. 3 evening staff split through the week (lone working staff). 1 floating support/ resettlement worker. Evening staff sleep in but are woken if needed. All tenants have weekly key work sessions (more if needed).
Rooms and charges
Tenants currently pay £8.50 pw service charge and are responsible for their own electric and council tax .

- Disabled facilities: Can adjust with hand rails if needed, one flat suitable for disability access with shower/wet room
- Other facilities: Communal room now complete, used for group work, one to one support sessions and meetings .

House rules and tenure
Assured shorthold tenancies for flats. Compulsory activity includes completing 6 sessions of a pre-tenancy course (in house)
Visitors
Visitors allowed in flats. Up to 2 visitors at one time 1 over night guest twice a week
