Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single people aged 16-59 who have been presented as being homeless to West Oxfordshire Council. Must have a local connection to West Oxfordshire.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from West Oxfordshire District Council (Homeless Services).
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time staff, visit when needed. Keywork system with meetings as required depending on client needs. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly or as necessary. Staff help with living skills and support around employment and training.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork and residents' meetings. Must help keep houses clean and adhere to house rules. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence or assured shorthold tenancy.
Maximum 2 guests per resident. Overnight guests with staff permission.
