Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

We work exclusively with homeless men and women who have served at least one day in the British Military. Can accept people with dogs, maximum of 2 dogs at any one time.

Who we cannot help

Schedule 1 offenders. People convicted of arson. People with substance dependency issues who have misused substances in the last 6 months.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from Veterans' Aid, SSAFA Homeless Division and West London Day Centre.

Referral procedure

Priority is given to our referral partners: Veterans Aid, STOLL, The Royal British Legion & SSAFA. We can also receive referrals from the Veteran’s Gateway (https://www.veteransgateway.org.uk). Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 3 months
  • Maximum stay: 18 months

Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time and 1 part time staff, available Mon-Fri 9.15am-4.45pm, emergency on-call system. Action plan with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 2-3 months. Staff provide support around independent living skills, meaningful occupation, employment, training, nutrition, stress management and relaxation. Vocational guidance worker available.

House rules and tenure

Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol in communal areas. 2 rooms non-smoking, otherwise smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.

Can stay overnight with staff permission.
