How to get a referral
Accept self or agency referrals. Most referrals come from Walsall Housing Options.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Full time staff 8am-8pm. Night cover 8pm-8am by security guard, on-call manager. Offer housing related support. Signposting to other services.

£14.98pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.
