Single homeless people with support needs, including those with mental health and substance misuse issues. Local connection required

Arsonists, sex offenders, Schedule 1 offenders.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency via Housing Solutions.
Phone or apply in person at Housing Solutions in Northwich or Chester. Client will be interviewed when there is a vacancy.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
8 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system and support plans/reviews with regular meetings. Staff provide support around developing independent living skills.

£12.40-£13.52pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Alcohol allowed in own room only. Smoking allowed in own room and courtyard. Licence agreement.
3-10pm weekdays, 10am-10pm weekends. Close family only for substance misuse clients. No overnights.
Northwich train station - 5 minutes walk.
Have volunteer counsellor who offers talking therapy once a week. Phone project for further information.
