Who do we help?
Ex-servicemen and women who have served in HM Armed Forces who are homeless, facing homelessness or in crisis. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Convicted arsonists and Schedule 1 offenders.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency.
Phone/email Mon-Thu 8:30am-3:30pm, Fri 8:30am-1:30pm. Require service identification number.
Length of stay

- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
7 staff, available 6am-12 midnight daily, sleep-in cover. Provide advice on employment and personal problems, including health and medical requirements and addictions. Will make referrals to specialist agencies for additional support if necessary. Provide practical help, including travel warrants, clothing and small cash grants. On-site social worker.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
No visitors admitted after 9pm. All visitors must leave by 11pm. No overnight guests.
