Support and accommodation

Support offered

24/7 support with 5 full time staff, waking night cover. Keywork system (4 residents per worker), compulsory weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes. Staff provide support around daily living skills, budgeting and finances, self care, offending behaviour, access to employment and training.
