How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via The Birmingham Gateway.
The Gateway is open between Monday ? Friday 8.45am ? 5.15pm to undertake assessments call: 0121 675 4249.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 28 days
- Maximum stay: 12 weeks
Support and accommodation
Specialist staff provide 24 hour support, waking cover. Staff provide tenancy support and general practical and emotional support. ICT centre and a DIY training centre on site as part of life skills development. Referrals to specialist services.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Must engage with support offered. Licence agreement.
Between 9.30am-9pm in main communal lounge only. Must sign in and out. No overnight guests.
New Street train station - 10 mins walk. Digbeth coach station - 20 mins walk.
