Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people aged 16-19 who have a history of offending, or who are at risk of offending and need support. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Birmingham.
Who we cannot help
Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via the Vulnerable Adults Single Point of Access run by Midland Heart.
Phone the Vulnerable Adults SPA Mon-Fri 9am-5pm who will assess whether referral into supported housing is appropriate and if so identify whether there is an appropriate vacancy in this or in other projects in Birmingham.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 3 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (2-3 residents per worker), compulsory regular keywork meetings. Develop action plans for each resident. Offer advice and support with independent living skills, budgeting, training, education, employment options and health or personal issues. Must attend residents meetings.
Rooms and charges
£7.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Written house rules. Must attend keywork appointments. No alcohol allowed on premises. Smoking allowed in own room only. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-11pm in own rooms only. Overnight guests not allowed.
