Who do we help?
Women aged over 25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or in housing need. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Referrals will be made from Direct Access accommodation ie Washington Court.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Long term supported accommodation
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
7 full time and 1 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (10 residents per worker), compulsory meetings every week. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide practical assistance and support with budgeting, benefits, accessing employment and training, health issues and independent living skills.

House rules and tenure
Written house rules. Must attend keywork meetings. Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Excluded licence agreement.Acceptable Behaviour Agreements.
Between 11am-6.00pm. No overnight guests. Visitors must provide ID.
