Single Young people aged between 16 to 21 Preferably with a local connection but not essential

Referral form completed If appropriate assessment carried out with a few days of receipt of referral.

Dependent on property between £10 - 15pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Licence Agreement and House Rules No curfew Overnight guests by request. No smoking in communal areas Alcohol allowed
Guests to leave by 10.30pm unless given permission to stay the night.
All properties have a bus route near by.
