Single homeless people. Local connection to Spelthorne Borough Council area required for some properties.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency.
Referral form completed by agency prior to interview. Require supporting information on needs at the same time.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full-time staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, on-call system. key worker system (13 residents per worker), weekly meetings.

- Total spaces: 60
- Furnishings: Some flats fully furnished.

- Disabled facilities: Some flats are wheelchair accessible.
- Other facilities: Most properties have a garden.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed. Smoking in own rooms only. Licence agreement in shared accommodation, assured shorthold tenancies in self-contained properties.
Shared accommodation - no under 16s, must leave by 10pm. No overnight guests.
