Single Homeless people aged 18-35 Referrals are accepted from any Surrey County Council Children's/young Peoples services Inc. Children's services Placements and Care Leavers teams, Youth Support Service and Surrey Local housing departments.

How to get a referral
Referrals are accepted from any Surrey County Council Children’s/young Peoples services Inc. Children’s services Placements and Care Leavers teams, Youth Support Service and Surrey Local housing departments.
Application form and interview. Require background information. Referrals via local councils, adult social care, mental health services, probation, substance misuse services, young peoples'services. Application form on Transform website, or phone project for advice.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
6 full time staff and 3 part time night staff. key worker system, residents meet with key worker within 5 days of moving in to draw up support plan and then meet weekly. Staff provide information and help residents move on to appropriate accommodation.
