Who we cannot help
Women with a history of arson or violence. Current drug users only accepted if they are receiving support from the local Community Drug Team.

How to get a referral
Accept self-referrals and referrals from First Choice Home Housing Association only.
First Choice Service Centre is open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday and from 9am until 4pm on Saturdays call 0161 393 7117.If you have an emergency homelessness enquiry outside opening hours please call, 0800 988 7061.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
5 full time staff, extended daytime cover Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-2pm, Sun 9am-12 noon, emergency on-call system. Keyworker system (5-6 residents per keyworker), weekly keywork meetings. Staff provide help with benefit applications, employment, training and life skills, issues around ASBOs.

House rules and tenure
Smoking in own flat only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
9am-11pm. Children must leave by 7.30pm. Partners may stay overnight.
Train station - 5 minutes walk. Buses 82, 83, 180, 183, 184, 427, 429.
