Single homeless people with support needs. Must have a local connection to Swindon.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone for application form Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Interview. Require proof of ID and eligibility for benefits. Where possible, require background information from referral agencies.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 3 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time staff, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (5-7 residents per keyworker), with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice and support with life skills, health, budgeting, personal hygiene and problem solving.

£15pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend keywork meetings. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
In communal areas. 1 visitor per resident, maximum 2 hours stay. No under 16s. No overnight guests.
Swindon train station 15 minutes walk.
