How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Threshold accept self-referrals, Local Authority referrals and referrals from partner agencies.

Referral procedure

Phone, email or present to head office. Application forms are completed at initial interview.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
  • Maximum stay: 2 Years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

5 full time staff, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (5-7 residents per key worker), with weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide advice and support with life skills, health, budgeting, personal hygiene and problem solving.
