Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with a history of sleeping rough and severe and enduring mental health problems. Must have a local connection to LB Westminster. A minimum of 2 bed spaces allocated to black and ethnic minority service users.
Who we cannot help
Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals via Westminster Joint Homelessness Team. Other agencies can contact Joint Homelessness Team. Do not accept self referrals.
Phone Mon-Fri 9.30pm-4.30pm. JHT are informed when a vacancy arises. Interview. Require adult mental health assessment form.

Support and accommodation
5 full time staff, available Mon-Fri 8.30am-8pm, Sat-Sun 10am-6pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (2 residents per keyworker), with meetings as required. Support plans with agreed outcomes drawn up with CPNs and CMHT and reviewed every 3-6 months. Staff provide advice and support with independent living skills, daytime activities and training.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. Compulsory keywork system. Assured shorthold tenancy.
No restrictions. Can have overnight guests.
Marylebone tube and train station - 2 minutes walk.
