Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single homeless people with a history of sleeping rough and severe and enduring mental health problems. Must have a local connection to LB Westminster. A minimum of 2 bed spaces allocated to black and ethnic minority service users.

Who we cannot help

Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals via SARP. Social Services can contact SARP via email. Do not accept self referrals.

Referral procedure

Care Co-Ordinators email referral to SARP. Interview. Require FACE assessment Form.

  • Minimum stay: None
  • Maximum stay: 2 years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

5 full time staff, available Mon-Fri 8.30am-8pm, Sat-Sun 10am-6pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (2 residents per key worker), with meetings as required. Support plans with agreed outcomes drawn up with CPNs and CMHT and reviewed every 3-6 months. Staff provide advice and support with independent living skills, daytime activities and training.

A £20.27 p/w for one bed for residents receiving benefits. £19.87 p/w for studio flat.

No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. Compulsory keywork system. Assured shorthold tenancy.
