Who do we help?
Verified Westminster rough sleepers who are capable of living independently. People with well managed drug, alcohol and/or mental health issues who are linked in to appropriate external agencies.
Who we cannot help
People with chaotic or unstable drug or alcohol dependency.

How to get a referral
All referrals are made by Westminster Building Based Services or sideways moves from other Westminster hostel and accommodation. Do no accept self referrals.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time and 1 part time staff available 9am-11pm, sleep-in cover. Keyworker allocated who assesses level of need and helps settling in process. Care plan with agreed outcomes reviewed quarterly. Support addresses physical and mental health, substance use, personal finances and daily living skills. Various group activities run in the hostel, eg cooking, IT, resettlement.

£18.48pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: Hostel on 4 floors without lift or wheelchair access. Other adaptations may be possible for people with disabilities.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
May drink alcohol in own rooms, but not in the communal areas. Can smoke in own rooms and garden. Excluded licence agreement.
11am-5pm with agreement of staff. Overnight guests may be negotiated, maximum 2 nights per week.
Marylebone train and tube station - 5 mins walk. Edgware Road tube - 5 mins walk.
