Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single people with mental health problems who have a history of homelessness and rough sleeping. Can accept people with dogs. No local connection required. Target 16% women and 16% people from black and minority ethnic groups.

How to get a referral
Referrals come via the Vulnerable Adults and Mental Health Pathway.
The Vulnerable Adults and Mental Health Pathway act as gatekeepers and assess all potential referrals to see if they are appropriate. If accepted, are invited to visit project.
Length of stay

- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
8 staff, 24 hour sleep-in cover. Keywork system (3 residents per key worker), with regular meetings. Regular risk and needs assessments. Support plans, regularly reviewed. Level of support is appropriate to individual needs.

£11.89-£14.20pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Alcohol not allowed in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own rooms/flats or garden. Licence agreement in hostel, assured shorthold tenancy in flats.
Should leave by 10pm unless arranged in advance with staff.
