Ex-offenders. Couples can be accommodated, but facilities limited. No local connection required. Dogs allowed in self-contained units.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral forms should be posted, faxed or emailed. Risk assessment. Pre-assessment within 2 working days, if full information given assessment interview within 5 days. Immediate entry is there is a vacancy.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time, 1 part time staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Visiting support from link worker. Support plans focusing on goals towards resettlement.

House rules and tenure
Shared properties - licence agreement. Single properties - assured shorthold tenancy.
Maximum 2, shared properties. Overnight guests allowed. Client responsible for guests at all times.
Mansfield train and bus stations within 10 minutes walk.
