People with severe and enduring mental health problems. Priority given to applicants with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 offenders and people with a recent history of arson.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from statutory agencies. Most referrals come from Community Mental Health team, Assertive Outreach Team, Community Recovery Team and prison services.
Application form filled in by applicant and referral agency. Interview. Needs and risk assessment. Need current CPA and relevant reports.

Support and accommodation
7 full time and 2 part time staff on-site Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (2-3 residents per worker), weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide help with daily living skills, finance, budgeting, and access to paid and voluntary work, education and training. Involve agencies relevant to support needed.

Assured shorthold tenancy.
Between 8am-10pm. Maximum 2 at a time per resident. No overnight guests.
