Who do we help?
Single homeless women with a mental health support need. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Women with a high risk assessment.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Basic details taken on the phone. Application form completed prior to or during interview. Decision made at weekly team meeting.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
2 full time, 3 part time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat & Sun 11.30am-7.30pm. 24 hour phone support. Link workers hold weekly sessions. Client led support plans reflecting needs. Support with budgeting, mental health, education, independent living skills.

£5-£8pw required from clients in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 3 ground floor flats for those who cannot manage stairs, not suitable for wheelchair users.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on premises. Assured shorthold tenancy.
During day, subject to staff approval. No overnight guests.
Hull Paragon station nearby.
