Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including ex-offenders. Priority given to those with a local connection to St Edmundsbury.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Suffolk Coordination Service.
Interview is accepted onto waiting list. Gather supporting information from any external agencies. require proof of ID and income.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time and 2 part time staff on-site 7am-12 midnight, sleep-in cover. Compulsory linkworker system with meetings initially held weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed quarterly. Staff offer support around budgeting, life skills, employment, education, training, substance misuse issues, managing mental and physical health and family matters.

£11.19pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
Tenants must engage with support service. No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own rooms and garden only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Between 8.30am-11pm. Must be at least 18 years old. Can stay overnight by arrangement.
Bury St Edmunds train station - 10 minutes walk. Bus station - 5 minutes walk.
