Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
For LGBT+ people only. Those in London with housing need, with low / medium support needs. We provide mental health advocacy for 16-25’s. We provide DV mental health advocacy for all ages. We provide housing advice for those fleeing DV across the country. We have a range of advice services see website for further info. LGBT+ specific supported housing for 16-25’s for young people (under 25) with a connection to Hackney, Haringey, Islington or Newham. We co-deliver supported housing to a further 12 people in partnership with St Mungos, 6 in a trans/non-binary specific house and a further 3 male 3 female (cisgender or transgender) based in Newham but local connection is not required.
Who we cannot help
Non-LGBT people. Supported Housing: People with a history of arson and/or violence. Those unable to cope without 24 hour staff support. Advice/advocacy: Assessed on a case by case basis.

Phone office Mon-Fri 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm or the advice line - 020 7359 5767. Brief assessment of suitability by phone. Application form completed by applicant and/or referral agency. Assessment interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support offered
5 staff, available on site at 4 houses, staff visit other houses regularly. Keyworking and support planning, reviews quarterly. Support on budgeting, accessing other agencies, health, safety, mediation, tenancy sustainment, search for accommodation and preparation for move-on. Make referrals to external agencies as appropriate.

- Disabled facilities: Can accommodate 2 residents using wheelchairs. 2 flats have a loop system and visual door bells for those who are hearing impaired.
