Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless or at risk of homeless people aged 16-21 with housing related support needs. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Burnley, unless applicants are fleeing violence.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self-referrals for applicants over 18 and referrals from Lancashire ART Team and local voluntary and statutory agencies.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm or email anytime. Application form completed by prospective client and agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID and income.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time and 1 part time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Concierge service Mon-Fri 7pm-3am, Sat & Sun 11am-3am. Key worker system with regular link work sessions, with compulsory weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Provide support around benefits, budgeting and debt, independent living skills, social skills, training, education and employment, and accessing specialist services.

Up to £15.22pw required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Residents must attend keywork meetings. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Assured shorthold tenancy. No Under 16’s allowed on the premises.
No restrictions. Can have overnight guests who are over 16.
Burnley train and bus station - 15 minutes walk.
