Single homeless people and those at risk of being made homeless, with low support needs. No local connection required.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed prior to interview. Require proof of identity. Require background information from referring agency.

Support and accommodation
1 part time staff member on-site Mon-Fri 9:30am-1pm. Provide help with benefits and developing independent living skills.
Rooms and charges
£3.35pw required from residents in receipt of benefits (flats), between no charge and £9 for dispersed properties.

House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Can stay overnight. No visitors under 18 allowed unless accompanied by responsible adult.

Currently have 1 volunteers, helps with befriending, skills sharing and independent living skills. Phone project for further information.
