Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including rough sleepers. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
People with convictions for arson. Anyone who is considered to be a danger to themselves or others.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency. Will accept referrals directly from prison.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
9 full time and 3 part time project staff, 3 staff on duty at all times. Residents meet regularly with a keyworker. Staff provide advice, information and support on any issue of concern to residents. Numeracy and literacy lessons on site. Life skills training.

£36pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Residents expected to engage with keyworker. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
In communal areas only, between 9am and 5pm. No overnight guests.
Shrub Hill rail station - 1 minute walk.
