Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with additional support needs, including substance use, mental health, physical health, life skills and employment and training. Referrals must have a Westminster connection and a CHAIN number.
Who we cannot help
Clients who present a risk that the project is not equipped to manage. Please ring to discuss.

Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or email referrals inbox to discuss. WARF referral on CHAIN . Interview. Require proof of ID, e.g. passport, benefit documents.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support offered
Staff based on site in five projects. All accommodation is within walking distance of an office. Staff work on a 7 day rota 9-5 and visit all projects regularly. Emergency on-call manager. Flexible keyworking with monthly meetings or more depending on need. Joint action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Action plans include goals around employment and training, substance use, resettlement and independent living skills. Access to St Mungo's work and learning projects.
Rooms and charges
£9.94-£ 14.49 per week. Some accommodation requires residents to pay own bills.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking in communal areas. Licence agreement or assured shorthold tenancy, depending on type of accommodation.
Visitors
9am-11pm. Overnight guests with staff permission.
