Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs and local connection to the City of Westminster. Services are substance misuse specific and deliver support for both abstinent clients and those looking to engage with drug treatment.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Agency referrals only. No self referrals.
Agencies should contact the team to discuss prospective referrals informally prior to submission.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff provide support on a range of practical and emotional issues on a keywork basis with weekly visits. Residents undertake a formal resettlement plan which aims to assist them to prepare for independent living. Residents also have access to specialist employment and development worker and welfare rights worker.

£10-£20pw required from residents in receipt of benefits and depending on room type.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in support plan. Smoking allowed in own room. Residents tested for drug/alcohol use in abstinence schemes. Mix of tenancies and licences.
No restrictions. Can stay overnight with staff permission.
