Who do we help?
Single homeless people; Bristol City Council will investigate local connection. Can accept people with complex needs, including ex-offenders, people with mental health or drug/alcohol issues. Can also accept couples and pets.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

Length of stay
- Maximum stay: 14 weeks
Support and accommodation
Staff available 24/7. Keywork system with regular meetings. Complex Needs Workers support residents through a psychologically informed approach, tailored support planning. Signposting to specialist agencies. Residents are encouraged to take part in cookery workshops, DVD nights, use IT suite, join garden club.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in resident's room only. Excluded licence.
9am-9pm, must sign in and out. Overnight guests in flats only by arrangement.
