Support and accommodation
1 full time and 1 part time staff on-site five days per week. Out of hours support provided by St Mungo's 24 hour supported project in Bristol. Offer a low level of flexible support based on tenants' needs. Support is organised with individual support plans and can include help with welfare benefits, budgeting, advice on interpersonal skills, developing and maintaining links with health care or day services and the development of life skills.

House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in own room only. House rules agreed through house meetings. Standard licence agreement.
Planned overnight stays up to 3 times a week with staff permission.
Buses 42, 43 to Bell Pub in Bell Hill Road.
Aim to have approx. 8 volunteers, helping with group projects such as art, cooking, gardening, also peer advice link. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
