Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including those with mental health or substance use problems and elderly homeless people. 3 schemes are for ex-offenders, 2 male, 1 female. Rough sleeper's number required if relevant. Must have a local connection. Some schemes may accept dogs.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals from named agencies via LB Islington Referrals Co-ordinator Team.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for initial enquiries. Application form completed by referring agency. Interview. Require risk assessment and psychiatric report if relevant. Require proof of ID.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
11 full-time, 6 part time staff on a rota which provides cover Mon-Sat 9am-7pm. 4 schemes have night security cover. Emergency on-call manager. Keywork system with monthly meetings. Action plans help prepare residents for independent living. Signposting to specialist services.

£6.91-£21.93pw required from residents receiving benefits.
