Who do we help?
Verified rough sleepers. 31 beds for men from 22 with alcohol use issues. 10 beds for men with mental health issues and linked to JHT/CMHT. Priority to those with a local connection to the City of Westminster.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept Westminster connected referrals for 31 bed hostel; JHT and CMHT referrals for 10 bed for Royal Oak mental health unit. Will accept lateral moves from other agencies in Westminster providing they meet criteria.
Phone to discuss. Application form. Interview. Can move in immediately if there is a vacancy or placed on a waiting list if no vacancies.

Support and accommodation
16 staff, 24 hour waking cover in hostel and at Royal Oak. Staff offer support through keywork and develop individual support plans for all residents. External support is offered for those with mental health issues by JHT, CMHT and Westminster Social Services. Life skills training is offered in the hostel.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Residents may drink alcohol in their own room and "wet" lounges. May smoke in own room and on the terraces. Licence agreement.
Between 12 noon-6pm. No overnight guests.
Royal Oak tube - 5 minutes walk, Paddington tube - 15-20 minutes walk. Buses 18, 36.
