Support and accommodation

Support offered

A team of 11 staff provide 24/7 support in a psychologically-informed environment. Personalised support provided around individual needs, through fortnightly keywork meetings and additional ad hoc support. Each resident develops an action plan alongside their key worker, to set agreed goals to work towards together, with an overall goal of moving on to more independent living.

Rooms and charges

£9.45 weekly service charge covers utilities. Residents are also responsible for their managing housing benefit claims, with staff support, and making up any shortfall due to recovery of overpayments. (Service charge sum liable to vary year on year).
