Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with mental health support needs, including people with drug and/or alcohol issues. Some projects may accept people with dogs. Must have local connection to LB Camden.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Camden Housing Options Team (phone 020 7974 1410) for Hampstead Road, St Pancras Way and Oakley Square. Referrals for Mornington Terrace are accepted from Camden based CMHTs and hostels within Camden Hostels Pathway.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for initial enquiries. Application form completed by referring agency. Interview. Require risk assessment and psychiatric report if relevant. Require proof of ID.

Support and accommodation
Medium support schemes have 1:8 staff to resident ratio, 1:3 in high support. Staffing varies across projects from Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to Mon-Sat 8am-6pm. Emergency on-call system. Keywork system with monthly meetings. Action plans which cover employment, training and preparing for independent living. Access to St Mungo's work and learning projects and resettlement service.
