Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with mental health problems who have recently been street homeless, including those who also have alcohol/drug issues. Must have a named care co-ordinator and a local connection to LB Camden.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals are via LB Camden Mental Health Pathways Co-ordinator.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form. Interview. Assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
10 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system. Staff meet with residents to draw up support plan, reviewed on a monthly basis, including agreed outcomes. Staff offer support and advice on benefits, health care and resettlement. Also offer some in-house activities. Access to St Mungo's work and learning projects.

£12.34pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Drinking allowed in designated areas. Smoking allowed in own room and garden. Pets, including dogs, may be allowed by negotiation. Licence agreement.
Must leave by 10pm. Overnight guests only by negotiation with keyworker.
King's Cross tube - 3 minutes walk. Buses 10, 17, 18, 30, 46, 73, 91, 214, 259.
