Who do we help?
Single men with a long history of homelessness and complex needs. 11 beds available to men with a connection to LB Camden, remaining 8 beds no local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists and sex offenders.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from social workers, hospitals, CPNs and other care professionals working with the target group. Applicants need to have placement funding agreed by their local authority under community care legislation.
Phone 8am-10.30pm, email or write. Application form completed by prospective resident and referring agency. Require psychiatric reports and community care assessments. Applicants need to be entitled to claim housing benefit.

Support and accommodation
8 staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (5-6 residents per worker) with weekly meetings. Individual recovery oriented care plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Support in accessing primary health care and more specialised mental health support through community services. Access to St Mungo's work and learning projects and Camden Pathway system.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol not allowed in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own bedroom and garden. Licence agreement.
Between 9.30am-10pm. No overnight guests.
