Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people, with a history of rough sleeping and mental health issues. Can accept people with drug/alcohol problems. Applicants must have a Westminster CPA care co-ordinator from Joint Homelessness Team.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Westminster Joint Homelessness Team and Westminster CMHTs via Westminster JHT only.
All referrals must go through Westminster JHT.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2-3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
14 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Recovery approach keyworking and action planning system. Provide support with personal hygiene, medication management, claiming benefits, accessing leisure and education services, daily living skills including assertiveness, cooking and budgeting. In-house activities include pool tournaments and films.

Residents individually assessed for rent contribution.

- Disabled facilities: Can accommodate 2 residents using wheelchairs. Stair lift, ramp at entrance and exit.

House rules and tenure
May drink alcohol and smoke in own room, but not in communal areas. Licence agreement.
Between 10am-10pm. Overnight guests with 24 hours notice.
Warwick Avenue tube - 5 minutes walk. Buses 6, 18, 28, 31, 36, 414.
