Single homeless people with support needs. Prioritise applicants with a local connection to Kirklees.
Who we cannot help
People with convictions for arson.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or download application form from website (post back to address above rather than that given on form). Background information checked prior to interview. Needs and risk assessments.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff are based on-site Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm. Each resident receives about 4 hours support per week. Support plans cover maintaining a tenancy, independent living skills and accessing other services. Use Homeless Outcomes Star to identify support need and achieve objectives.

There is no weekly personal charge.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Must attend support meetings and residents' meetings. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Overnight guests with staff permission, maximum 3 nights per week.
Dewsbury train and bus stations - 15 minutes walk.
