How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Pathways on 01603 984694 they will advise on drop in locations and arrange an assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
15 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (4-6 residents per key worker) with meetings as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes covering life skills, education and training, and resettlement. All residents are expected to engage with resettlement support.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking allowed in rooms only. Licence agreement.
Visitors at the discretion of staff between 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Visitors only allowed in communal areas.
Located approx 5 minute walk from Norwich Train station and 10 minute walk from City Centre.
