Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-25 with support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Local connection required for Move-on.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 sex offenders. Arsonists may be accepted if cleared by insurance company.

How to get a referral
Referrals only via St Basils Youth Hub or Youthline.
Phone St Basils Youth Hub Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is a partnership between St Basils and 5 other organisations. Interview, and needs and risk assessment at The Youth Hub.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time, 1 part time staff on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, some late evenings and weekends, emergency on-call system. Keywork system, monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Support around life skills, budgeting, benefits, cooking, hygiene, sexual health and substance misuse issues. Access to family mediation and support around employment, education and training.

Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Written house rules. Licence agreement.
Until 10pm. Overnight guests with staff permission.
