Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people aged 18-25 in need of housing and support, including those with children (up to the age of 30 months). Some exceptions made for 16 & 17 year olds.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 sex offenders. Arsonists may be accepted if cleared by insurance company.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via St Basils Link or Youthline.
Referral procedure
Phone St Basils Link Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or Youthline (0300 303 0099, daily 24 hours) which is a partnership between St Basils and 4 other organisations. Interview, and needs and risk assessment at The Link. Placed on pre-registered list if suitable. When vacancy arises The Link carry out up to date background checks.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
1 full time staff on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and some evenings/weekends, emergency on-call system. Staff help with independent living skills and provide emotional support. Youthline (0300 303 0099) is responsible for assessing support needs and will arrange appropriate levels of support for each individual.

Residents are responsible for paying their own bills.

No alcohol in communal areas. Shorthold tenancy agreements.No smoking in communal areas.
Visitors
9am-10pm. Overnight guests maximum three times a week.
