Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Must have a local connection to the area.

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via St Basils Link.
Phone or call in to St Basils Link Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, out of hours 0300 303 0099 to arrange interview. Require proof of ID and relevant background reports. Interview and needs and risk assessment carried out at St Basils Link. When vacancy arises St Basils Link carry out up to date background checks.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Member of staff from Yardley House provides daily support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Out of hours support available at Yardley House.

£10pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Smoking allowed in own room only. Licence agreement.
From 6pm. Can stay overnight up to 2 nights per week.
